- How many of the films on this list have you seen? Are there movies you would add to or movies that you would remove from the list?
- Pee-Wee’s Christmas Special made the list because of “its mastery of the fine art of camp.” Can you explain what camp means in this context? What, if anything, do you know about the role that camp has in LGBTQ+ history and culture?
- Some films seem to have made the list because of single gay character or couple. When it comes to LGBTQ+ representation in media, do you think that’s enough? Or do you think that context matters? Can you give any examples of films with LGBTQ+ characters that you think have gotten it right?
